Welcome!

My name is Cait (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (aka a therapist) and have been with CNY Therapy Solutions since 2023.

My goal as a therapist is to facilitate change in my clients’ lives that leads to reduced pain, anxiety and self-criticism, and an increased sense of calm, self-awareness and overall healing.

I specialize in helping women develop and nurture a healthy relationship with food and their body, maintain eating disorder recovery, as well as manage the symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with the postpartum and perinatal population. I currently run a motherhood support group at our office – a safe space for mothers to be held in community. My style is compassionate and warm, with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.

As someone who is 16 years into my own eating disorder recovery, I bring this lived experience with me into my work. My recovery practice focuses on intuitive eating, Health At Every Size (HAES), feminism, breaking down societal beauty standards and most importantly helping others to accept every inch of themselves, mind, BODY and soul.

On a personal note, I believe in the healing power of humor, and find ways to laugh every day (and during every session). Being the mama to two toddlers, I lean on that laughter quite a bit, as you can probably imagine.

I am a fierce ally and advocate for the LQBTQIA community and Black Lives Matter, and am honored to walk beside my clients - of all shapes, sizes, colors and identities - on their journey to healing.
