Welcome!

My name is Cait. I am a therapist, also known as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I’m currently working under supervision towards my clinical licensure.

My goal as a therapist is to facilitate change in my client's lives that leads to reduced pain, anxiety and sadness, and an increased sense of calm, self-awareness and overall healing.

I specialize in trauma and stress related disorders, eating disorders, anxiety and depression in young adults. I also have an interest in working with the postpartum and perinatal population. My style is compassionate and warm, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.

As someone who is 14 years into my own eating disorder recovery, I bring this lived experience with me into my work. My recovery practice focuses on intuitive eating, health at every size (HAES), breaking down societal beauty standards and most importantly helping others to accept every inch of themselves, mind, BODY and soul.

On a personal note, I believe in the healing power of humor, and find ways to laugh every day (and during every session). Being the mama to two baby girls, I have to lean on that laughter quite a bit, as you can probably imagine!

I am a fierce ally and advocate for the LQBTQIA community and Black Lives Matter, and am honored to walk beside my clients - of all shapes, sizes, colors and identities - on their journey to healing.
